Why I built this
I got hurt bad enough that a clinic handed me pain pills and sent me home. Nobody trained me back.
So I learned it in order, on myself. I worked the back, and the knee got loud. I settled the knee down, and the arch started taking the load. Most programs train a body part. The problem was never a body part — it's a chain, and the weakest link goes first. That's why the order matters more than the exercise.
And nobody ever watched me move. Not once. I was guessing at my own body from the inside, which is the hardest place to see it from.
I'm still in it — the knee is the link I'm working on right now. Which is the whole reason this exists: I built the thing nobody handed me, and I run it myself.
