Do I need Tier 1 first?
No. Add-ons are standalone. But — if you're dealing with a specific injury AND you don't have a training system, you'll get way more out of the rebuild track when it's paired with Tier 1 or Tier 2. The add-on fixes the weak link; the main program keeps it from happening again.
Why is the price a range ($17–$27)?
Individual tracks launch at $17. Once I've added video demos, progressions, and the full app/PDF package, the price settles at $27. If you grab one now at the $17 launch price, you keep the $27 version when it's updated — no re-purchase.
Can I run two add-ons at once?
Yes — the Injury Bundle is built to run all three rebuild tracks together. For Skill Builder or Recovery System added on top of a rebuild track, there's a stacking guide inside each one. Don't run two heavy protocols raw without reading that.
I already have Tier 1 / Tier 2. Can I just add one of these?
Absolutely. Add-ons were designed to slot into the main program's weekly structure without adding more total training load. Each track has a "How to layer this on" section specific to Tier 1 and Tier 2 days.
If I buy an add-on, do I get credit toward Tier 3?
Yes — email tyrell@built-to-hoop.com with your receipts. Tier 3 Stay Ready is still going to be cheaper for anyone running 2+ add-ons, so it makes sense to consolidate.
Is this medical advice or physical therapy?
No. The rebuild tracks are training protocols built from what's kept me and other hoopers on the court — not a replacement for a PT or doctor if you've got an acute injury. If you're in sharp pain, see someone. If you're in "my knees just always feel like this" territory, this is for you.
